There are several different Utah Real Estate Schools. Which one is right for you? What are the benefits each school offers?

The Licensing Process
According to the Utah Division of Real Estate, "A real estate license is required of any person who, for another and for valuable consideration, negotiates or consummates the sale, lease, exchange or purchase of real estate."

To obtain a real estate sales agent license, an applicant must complete 90 hours of education at a Utah real estate school. This 90 hours at a real estate school is not required, however, for lawyers. Go Figure!

After the 90 hours of education is completed, an applicant must pass the Utah Real Estate Sales Exam, then apply for the sales license and pay the fees.

If you want to become a Realtor or real estate sales agent in Utah, the right school can make it easier or harder. While Utah only allows up to half of the 90 hours to be done on video, and the rest must be live, some of the schools make the live instruction more convenient than others.
